1. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via our email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations requested after this window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability, payment issues, or unforeseen reasons.

2. Returns
Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
This ensures the safety and quality of every item shipped.

3. Damaged or Tampered Products
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, you may request for replacement. To do so please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
All claims will be evaluated by our team, and replacement eligibility will be decided by AyuEra Herbs.

4. Refunds
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours and was paid via an online payment method, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment source.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
