I bought this kit along with their Ashwagandha tablet and Dhatupaushtik Powder as per doctor's recommendation to improve sperm quality. Earlier it used to be watery, but after taking this herbal supplements regularly I noticed visible results, sperm thickness improved and overall reproductive health also improved.One tip from my side please take it with milk it works wonders
